Would you like to see Council Tax replaced by a system based on people's ability to pay, rather than the value of their homes in 1991?

Our Opinion:

Council Tax revaluation would mean that most homes would move into a higher band and people will end up paying a lot more. LibDems are the only party in favour of abolishing Council Tax and replacing it with a tax based on ability to pay. Pensioners and those on low incomes would pay far less, and the average family would be about £450 a year better off.
