Wellingon Mayor's Charity Appeal

Cllr Pat Fairclough, Mayor of Wellington, was delighted with the response to the Cheese and Wine Reception which she hosted at Christ Church Hall, Mill Bank, on Tuesday 21 September. Nearly £300 was raise for the Appeal, which is to help voluntary groups in Wellington that serve children and young people. Some of the money has already been provided to support immediate local needs. Other deserving causes will be considered in the coming months.
